Parents’ consent for travel of a minor child
If a child travels outside of Ukraine, accompanied by one of the parents or by a responsible person, it is mandatory to draw up a consent with a notary.
At the same time, when submitting the child's documents for a tourist visa to the consulate of a foreign state, a parents’ consent for travel of a minor child with a translation should also be submitted. This consent will be required at the border service of Ukraine when crossing the border.
