Legal component of confidentiality
There is a clause on guarantees of non-disclosure of confidential information in all the contracts for the provision of services we conclude and, if necessary, draw up and sign additional non-disclosure agreements.
Using a secure server to store information
All information received electronically is stored on a secure Agency server. Only the manager in charge and those involved in translation of this information have access to the documentation.
Restriction of access to physical media
To information on physical media, also have access only the manager in charge and those involved in translation of this information.
Special procedure for execution of orders
Upon completion of the translation, physical media are returned to the client, and by agreement with the client e-documents (source texts, translations, intermediate results) are destroyed or stored in private access on our server for the purpose of further possible revision.
Staff accountability is supported by a legal component
Agreements have been concluded between Kyiv Regional Translation Agency and its employees, including freelancers, on confidentiality and non-disclosure of information received both in writing and verbally. Every employee is aware of and instructed in compliance with the regulations and the resulting responsibilities. Besides, all our experts are time-proved.
