Kyiv Regional Translation Agency offers its clients scanning and recognition of the document text with its subsequent manual editing, typing of missing parts of the text and formatting to bring it to its original or required form. This service is available for texts in Russian, Ukrainian, English, French, German and a number of other foreign languages.

The OCR process involves the converting of text from graphic or various non-editable and non-textual document formats into an editable one. This process is well-established and refined by us to the last detail. To date, there are a large number of non-editable formats. We work with printed documents, password-protected PDFs, faxes, receipts, invoices and other texts in graphic files (such as TIF, JPG, GIF) on an everyday basis. To work on recognition, we use intelligent OCR systems from ABBY and SOLID brands.

It should also be noted that the entire process of text recognition is controlled directly by the editor, who personally makes changes to the settings of the OCR system and corrects all the shortcomings at the end. As a result, we get a document in an editable format and with proper formatting.
